ccc trekkers visit Ground Zero of Typhoon Frank to check out the water system and layog national high school. Maasin is the town where the dam was opened that damaged the neighboring towns as far as Iloilo city and where many lives and home were lost. Aside from checking out the water supply for the sponsors, CCC Outreach (with lots of donations from kind people) will help in distributing books and other goods for the high school.
